MC Bio: Laener, a Ranger from the South, joined the northern rangers. He and another ranger had intercepted a letter, taking it from an uncouth stranger, Laener’s companion was killed by orcs who seemed to also be after the letter. This letter sent Aragorn and Laener on a mission to discover what the sender, a man named ‘Seobryn’ was up to. When Laener and Aragorn found Seobryn and his men, they managed to overhear them discussing breeding some kind of creature with Wargs to create a monster. The two ranger tried to return to warn the others but were caught and though they tried to escape Laener was killed.

MC Bio: Ambitious and greedy Losmir was Kaldur’s treacherous second-in-command. Losmir wanted nothing less than to take command so that the bandits could be more aggressive and bring in more rewards, Losmir tried to get the men to follow him but later, when Kaldur overheard Losmir’s bid for followers, the two got into an all out brawl ending when Losmir knocked Aragorn into a barrow and Legolas and Kaldur subdue the him. Shortly after, Losmir used the distraction of Gandalf trying to release Aragorn and Legolas from the barrow, to make a bid for freedom. Knocking Halbarad out and trying to kill Elrohir, Losmir was only stopped by Kaldur who, after a brief struggle, backed the man up to a barrow, a Wight then reached out and pulled Losmir into the barrow by his leg.

MC Bio: Cruel and malicious when given the chance, Lur had no conscious at all when it came to abusing the slaves and the fact that it was against the rules didn’t stop him from doing as he pleased. He was particularly cruel to Aragorn and he and his friend Talft relentlessly made fun of his memory loss and beat him when they were sure no one would see. However when Legolas became one of the overseers, though at first Lur and Talft were on friendly terms with him, they soon discovered that Legolas would not let them get away with abusing Aragorn. So when Legolas was caught looking through Ruddryn’s plans, Lur and Talft were only too happy to punish Legolas nearly to death, then to abuse him again later when he had barely recovered, upon this incident Lur was knocked out by an enraged Aragorn. Later when the slaves took over the plantation, however, Lur and Talft are allowed to live with the rest of the overseers and were simply told to leave and not come back.
